My Sister's Cranberry Relish

2 tangerines
1 lime
1 lemon
3 bags fresh cranberries
1/2 cup sugar

Using a zester, zest the entire peels from the tangerines, lemon and lime. Squeeze the juice from the citrus fruit and set aside. Using the disc of a food processor, blend the cranberries, sugar and zest until well mixed, but not smooth. Add citrus juice and more sugar to taste.
